So happy to have found this local private practice - friendly and professional.

There were refreshments available. The staff were friendly and my wait time was minimal

Fantastic care from first class staff. Room was lovely and clean. Surgical and theatre staff were top class!

I was seen by ‘A DOCTOR’ who actually looked at me when I talk. Showed interest in what I was saying. And made me feel that they were hearing me.

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

Considering I was quite anxious it was a relatively relaxed experience
