From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. I came to Pure Sports Medicine for the first time with a recurring, intense back pain, I could barely move. The staff is very nice, and the facilities and equipment are great. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.
