Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

All the staff were helpful and the experience reassuring as no immediate action deemed necessary. However, as a self funding patient, I found the fees and especially those for routine tests, exceedingly high and I will be returning to the care of the NHS.

Great experience at the hospital - seen quickly and staff were very friendly.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend
