My visit was wonderful I was late due to holdup on the motorway. But I was still seem . It was the most friendly appointment I have ever had Every thing was explained and was asked if I had any question to which was answered very clear . I would recommend Inhealth to anyone the mri machine was great no fears and a TV and a son in the room made thing even better.

Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!

Receptionists were on the phone and clearly acknowledged me when I sat down waiting for them to get off the phone. Bloke comes in and stands staring at them on the phone and they treat him as first in line. Incredibly insanely rude.

I was terrified but the consultant had a lovely energy was understanding and kind and showed me great understanding and respect of my circumstance overall she couldn’t have done anything better which made my experience bareable

Quick and easy to get an appointment, overall a pleasant experience.

Found the staff to be very welcoming and efficient.

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.
