The journey has been transformative, and I'm deeply grateful for the support and guidance I received.

The family DBT group offered us a completely different and valuable kind of support: practical tools, shared understanding, and a sense that we weren’t alone in the messiness. The skills we learnt helped us show up differently in how we relate with our daughter, with more honesty, more care, and more choice in how we respond to each other. It wasn’t easy, but it’s been deeply worth it.
