They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Very thankful to be treated respectfully at all times.

Very friendly and efficient. Rekesh had the latest equipment and cleaned out my ears painlessly. Would thoroughly recommend his practice.
