Excellent service and aftercare

Parking was easy enough. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and we were lucky to be seen slightly early.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

Overall experience was very good.

Every visit all staff & doctor are professional & friendly

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

The Circle staff at Reading provided very timely and professional care at all stages of the required operation and treatment with very good explanation of the process at all visits including post operation care, assessments and Physiotherapy.

Everything went smoothly, Ms Babar-Craig was incredibly kind and helpful as always
