All the staff at the park hospital are excellent. The facilities are 1st class too.

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

Every time I have visited the Nuffield for either appointments or surgery the experience has been excellent, friendly staff, short waiting times and excellent facilities.

Receptionist would perhaps benefit from some customer service training. But overall everything was fine.
