I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

The facilities and the organisation of the day were excellent

Prompt and friendly service . Reception staff were welcoming

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.
