everyone was very caring and profesional from the porter,receptionist,the aneasatist and prof Mark emberton all the nurses where wonderful thank you all so much

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
