My esthetician walked me through each step of the process, explaining what was happening and how it would benefit my skin. Right after the facial, my skin felt incredibly clean, smooth, and hydrated—like it could actually breathe again. The glow was instant and noticeable! Very welcoming surroundings, high quality treatments. But most importantly, the medical staff, nurses, owner, and reception team, are all very conscientious and this is what shines through. Beautiful experience

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
