Clean, punctual, professional

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

I recently gave birth via planned C-section and stayed at the Fitzrovia Suites, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The team was fantastic checking on us on the clock very attentive and always with a smile. The suite itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering a much-needed sense of privacy and peace during recovery which made a real difference, especially in those first few days post-surgery.

I chose the Westminster maternity suite initially because of its location within St Thomas’s hospital. I had both of my children here and the staff were great; very friendly and accommodating. The food was good and rooms were clean and well equipped.

The staff at Northway Clinic are very polite and the Clinic itself is always kept very clean.
