Very welcoming reception and we did not wait long to be seen .

Dr. Varsani has been excellent at getting to the root of the problem, even when we have needed to book in at short notice. He has seen both myself and my baby, and he has been fantastic with both of us-thorough, kind, and professional. His clinic is in a great location, and it is always easy to get same day appointments, which has been incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

The overall experience was very good but with some reservations about the amount of internal meetings the doctors and staff attend. In general the nurses and staff are very helpful. Of particular note was the excellent lower ward court manager Tahera Taurobally. She was always attentive and extremely helpful to my husband when he visited me. My only minor issue is that as flowers are allowed in the room could they please provide plastic vases. !! Careful consideration should be given to the high weekly costs for care.

I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly

The family DBT group offered us a completely different and valuable kind of support: practical tools, shared understanding, and a sense that we weren’t alone in the messiness. The skills we learnt helped us show up differently in how we relate with our daughter, with more honesty, more care, and more choice in how we respond to each other. It wasn’t easy, but it’s been deeply worth it.

Every visit all staff & doctor are professional & friendly

I had a great experience with kidswell. They got me in on the same day and the staff were really attentive and thorough. The Dr diagnosed my son straight away and also did extra checks on him. Overall I was extremely happy with my experience at Kidswell.
