Really good clinic

It is impressive how quickly Kajal was able to diagnose the cause of the problem and work in a progressive way to address it. Appointments are on time, functional and clear directions are given about the work to be done at home between appointments. Kajal worked on me and on each of my two sons and we all had a similar experience whereby our issues were quickly resolved. I recommend her highly.

The facilities and the organisation of the day were excellent

Daren is an outstanding osteopath, his gentle treatment is helping significantly reduce my lower back and knee pain. He is highly knowledgeable and ethical. I can’t recommend him enough!

Saw Dr Shidrawi who was exceptional as always. His clinic was running late however I appreciated that the receptionist informed me of this as soon as I arrived.

Great experience throughout

I discovered Fit2Function via a recommendation on instagram. While training for my second marathon I found myself in yet another cycle of various running injuries. After three years of running I was constantly getting injured once I got to a certain point with my training and I realised I needed some proper help if I was going to achieve what I wanted to with my running. So I made an appointment to see Claudiu. From the start I trusted his judgement and was relieved to find someone who understood both my history and wanted to look at the bigger and long term picture rather than just get me to the next start line - we decided to cancel my marathon (and ultra marathon) plans for 2019 and focus on a 12 week programme of all their treatments and a gym programme to build my strength. 12 weeks on and I'm back running up to 10km and enjoying running with my friends again - pain free for the first time in as long as I can remember. I'm looking forward to gradually building my mileage back for marathon and ultra marathon goals in 2020 and I'm hoping we've found a way to break the cycle and I'm looking forward to working with these guys while I chase down my big goals next year.
