All helpful and friendly but had to wait for appointment due to needing to take another hospital call

Immaculate hospital and the best private hospital I have visited.

Receptionist is always friendly and welcoming. Appointments are always on time. Communication about appointments by e-mail and texts are always correct. A text regarding an upcoming appointment are very helpful.

Within seconds of walking in the door, I was greeted by friendly smiley staff. Within minutes of checking in and filing out my registration, a nurse came to get me to take me to a waiting area where I was for less than 5 minutes before the doctor call me through. Very impressed with my service

I’ve seen two other physiotherapists in the past for my shoulder and neither were able to relieve the pain. Juhi was very helpful from the start with mobilisations and exercises that challenged increased the strength of my shoulder to the point now where I have no pain at all!

Amazing Doctors, Nurses, and Staff.

A very nice hospital clean friendly and bright parking is a little too tight but good bus service.i would be very happy to receive treatment at this hospital again.

St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.
