Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

I recently had surgical removal of impacted teeth at OS Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. Very nice space with considerate people.

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

A pleasant experience all round, with the added novelty of being in the shard! Everyone was lovely, kind and welcoming.
