I cannot find anything negative to say about Kipapa, I found the overall experience beneficial.

A pleasant experience all round, with the added novelty of being in the shard! Everyone was lovely, kind and welcoming.

The medical staff and therapists were very caring, attentive and supportive. The nursing and support staff are amazing and keep spirits high as well as delivering the highest standard care.

Supremely grateful to have had the privilege of working with Thomas. His focus on results, all while giving me the space to learn and fail as I went on this journey, was transformational. I feel like I have been reeducated and I now have the tools to do what is right by my body and mind.

Steve is engaged and attentive all while remaining professional with his work. He asks deliberate questions which promote reflection and challenge the ways I think. He has always been well organised with booking sessions and flexible with rearranging on occasions where I may be busy. It is clear he has substantial knowledge and training in his field but with a personal and mindful touch. He is excellent at creating a comfortable and safe space to open up about anything I would like, as well as actively listening to things I want from therapy.

I have worked with Leila Chaitoo on a one to one basis along with the DBT skills group for a year now and have completed the 4 modules of the DBT programme, Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. I can honestly and sincerely say that after decades of mental health problems,the therapy I undertook with Leila and the group DBT programme from has changed my life in practical and profound ways. From severe depression, destructive behaviours and suicidal ideation to an inner calm and the confidence that I can cope with the ups and downs of daily life. I am now able to regulate my emotions, and tolerate distress in a way I could not have imagined before. I hope this review will give other people the confidence to undertake the group skills group and one to one with a mind-reframed therapist.

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
