No waiting, very easy and straightforward

I had a positive experience at The Audiological department Sandra was very professional, kind and caring.

It was all very efficient

I have a problem that my hearing aids don’t help me hear better. I ve been back many times but so far no one has actually helped me and tried (bothered) to get to the bottom of why they are not working for me it. I wonder if I was sold the wrong hearing aids for my situation. But so far no one has ever cared enough to investigate thoroughly why my hearing aids are not doing anything for me. They are polite and uninterested to solve my problem. So in conclusion: I m very unhappy with the service I received so far

All good, an appointment was arranged for three days away and new nhs hearing aids fitted.

Very efficient and great advice on options available to me. I liked the walk in clinic in Hoop Lane and didn’t have to wait that long. Follow up could be improved but five year warranty very reassuring.
