Very efficient and great advice on options available to me. I liked the walk in clinic in Hoop Lane and didn’t have to wait that long. Follow up could be improved but five year warranty very reassuring.

The lady was friendly. She asked me to sit down while she got me another hearing aid within 5 minutes. Then she fitted the hearing aid and I went home. I was very happy with the service.
