Efficient and helpful.

I was seen by a friendly and very informative person, who gave me a diagnosis I wasn’t expecting. She was very thorough and provided reassurances to the few questions I asked.

,The young lady solved my problem but I was unhappy when I had telephoned to make an appointment when I was told that I could not have treatment in Whetstone which is 20 minutes walk from my house and therefore had to go to Mill Hill having to catch 2 buses each way. When I queried this today she said that Whetstone was only available on certain days. I told her I could go on any day. Therefore unless it was closed for a long time I could not understand why I could not go there. Please escalate. Thank you.

I didn't have to wait and the assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback is parking is a huge problem in Golders Green.

Wonderful speedy and helpful service on several occasions. They need to be congratulated.
