First appointment felt like the person I saw was selling me the hearing aides on commission as he said the NHS available would not work for me. Fitting appointment with a different person to get my NHS hearing aides was the polar opposite, a very good experience.

Very pleased with all aspects of my visit.

I could not believe how quickly I would be fitted with a hearing aid. I only gave good for cleanliness because I wasn't paying so much attention to this.
