The Skin Diagnosis appointment was thorough and efficient and the report was in my inbox when I logged on the next day.

Very easy to organise. Cancellation of initial appointment at short notice was disappointing, but communication was good at all times. The appointment was very well managed, was invited straight through and the staff were friendly and professional

Very helpful meeting, I wasn't sure how helpful a virtual checkup could be but I learned a lot about what the risks really are, what my personal risk is, sand how I can best manage it. My only criticism would be that as a private company, screening is high on the priority list, but the detail of exactly how much I could reduce my risk by going for annual or biennial screening rather than every three years on the NHS wasn't there.

The specialist was fantastic, which is really why I came back for my 2nd check-up. Friendly, professional, yet caring and went out of her way to explain, and answer my questions. The specialist did a head to toes full body check, I felt quite assured that it was a detailed assessment.

Got a very different result from my NHS smear just 2 weeks later. I dont feel like my swab was actually looked at at all.

This really was a wonderful service, all of the nurses and doctors a came into contact with were really friendly, especially as i was a bit nervous and worried. i got my appointment very quickly and the wait time was fairly minimal for a busy diagnostics department. would definitely recommend.
