very pleasant welcome at arrival downstairs . Co- fid spacing very good in waiting room 2nd floor seating. Offers of coffee while waiting . I was not happy when a member of staff got into the very small lift with me. Wonderful not to have background musak playing. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere in waiting area.

Consultations and examinations were highly efficient. Very long waits for both surgical interventions. In the first instance I got the impression I wasn't expected: frantic consultation of lists, being moved from room to room etc, not kind to an anxious patient. Second experience much better.
