My experience of the medical and catering staff was very good. My experience of the finance department was, for the SECOND time in five years a nightmare. Moorefeilds Finance Dept sent me a no-reply payment link that I could not access, they sent me erroneous information about a bank transfer (BAC) alternative for payment, did not acknowledge or issue a receipt for payments despite telling me I needed to bring a receipt prior to admission. All this took place against a background of repeated information about my deafness and inability to use a phone, my living abroad and being unable to physically go to the hospital to sort this out plus a nightmare previous experience with payment.

Waiting over 1.5h for a doctor's appointment is always frustrating. Doing so for a private service because doctors are chatting while patients wait is harder to accept and quite disrespectful of people's time.
This is really useful feedback for us and we appreciate you taking the time to leave this review.
