Mr Sains was charismatic and professional. He was very thorough in his explanation of my procedure and made me feel at ease. He explained in detail the process of the operation and the possible risks of potential effects after. I felt at ease prior to surgery and all went as expected with a full recovery and everything normal. Hats off to Mr Sains and the staff at Goring Hall. From the nurses to the ladies organising food. I found everyone lovely, very professional and gave me confidence that they had my best interests at heart.
