I was greatly impressed by the dedication, professionalism and sympathy displayed by all those who carried out the procedure

Arrived for my 2nd cataract operation and was seen with minimal waiting time. Operation carried out swiftly and painlessly. Friendly receptionist telephoned for a taxi to take me home afterwards.

Exemplary caring and treatment. A few uncomfortable after effects which have now, almost completely, settled down.

The staff, all of those encountered, were welcoming and friendly. The health care assistant had a reassuring manner. Mr Matthews explained procedures clearly and himself was friendly and reassuring.
