Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

The staff, all of those encountered, were welcoming and friendly. The health care assistant had a reassuring manner. Mr Matthews explained procedures clearly and himself was friendly and reassuring.

Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.
