The staff, all of those encountered, were welcoming and friendly. The health care assistant had a reassuring manner. Mr Matthews explained procedures clearly and himself was friendly and reassuring.

Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.

Despite moving away from the area the patient experience is outstanding and returned despite an approximate 2 hour return journey.

Can’t fault The Grafton Suite in any way!
