It’s taken me a while to write this review because I can’t find the words to describe how thankful I am to Mr Khazali and all his team for giving me the chance to live the rest of my life pain free. After 35 years suffering with incredible pain, many operations, hormonal treatments etc I decided to put myself under the care of Mr Khazali and underwent a challenging but very successful surgery. From the first consultation to the last, in the hospital before and after the procedure, I was treated fantastically by Mr Khazali, his colleagues and hospital staff. I was kept updated and informed the whole time. And most importantly the end result is that all went successfully without much pain and I can now enjoy my life finally to the full. I will be forever grateful.

I’m incredibly grateful to have been under Mr Tsepov’s care for my endometriosis. Having suffered with the condition for 2 decades, received a diagnosis 9 years ago, it wasn’t until I had my first consultation with Mr Tsepov in January that I truly believed I was finally going to receive the help and treatment that my individual case of endometriosis needed. I’ve sat across from many ‘endometriosis specialists’ over the years, yet Mr Tsepov was the first I felt I could entrust with my surgical treatment. I felt listened to and understood from the beginning, thanks to Mr Tsepov’s warm, hospitable demeanour and years of expertise in the field of endometriosis. He was thorough with investigating my case, which gave me an immense sense of confidence. He patiently explained everything to me and answered all of my questions - and I’ve had many! Due to the nature of my endometriosis, I was referred to his colorectal, hepatobiliary and thoracic specialists who showed the exact same level of care. My surgery was extensive, with multi-organ involvement. Despite it being the biggest surgery I’ve ever endured, I am blessed to share that my recovery has been positively progressive. I didn’t expect my healing to be linear, but I’m now 4 weeks post-op and can say that I’ve been fortunate to experience improvements every day. My review wouldn’t be complete without expressing my deep gratitude for nurse Viorica (Vicky). Vicky knows endometriosis and understands patients like no other. Vicky was there to calm my nerves and to make sure that I never felt alone, both pre & post-op. I truly appreciated her ‘hand-holding’ at my most vulnerable moments. I would happily recommend Mr Tsepov and his team to anyone seeking endometriosis experts.

I couldn’t recommend Mr Mohamed Mabrouk more. I have found it hard to feel listened to by many doctors regarding endometriosis but Mr Mabrouk just listened and took everything I said on board and helped me get things fixed without hesitation. I felt totally heard and cared for. As well as this, my actual procedure was stress free, I felt totally relaxed and very prepared.

He listened carefully, never rushed me, and provided structured, thoughtful advice at every stage—from initial diagnosis through to post-operative recovery. The robotic procedure was performed with precision, based on the fact I’ve had minimal discomfort and a remarkably smooth recovery. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of gynaecological care. I also wanted to make special mention of Mr Naji’s Practice Manager, and Executive Assistant - Louise. From the very first contact, Louise exemplified professionalism and warmth. She answered every call and email promptly, guiding me through appointment bookings and seamlessly changing appointment bookings!!
