From walking into his consultation room for the first time to seeing him to be signed off Mr. Abdul-Jabar was kind, considerate, answered all my questions leaving nothing for me to be concerned about. On the day of my surgery he put me at ease with more explanations then following he calmly and carefully explained how the next few days/weeks would play out.

As a physio myself, I was very careful in who I chose for my rehab. I chose Charlie due to his reviews and he did not disappoint. I have had a persistent achilles tendonitis on and off for years now. Charlie was able to look at the problem from multiple different angles and treat accordingly. After a mixture of hands-on physio and tailored home exercises, combined with a strength programme that I am now motivated to continue twice per week, my achilles is much better. Charlie also uses outcome measure so you can confidently track your progress. Also, he has access to high quality equipment to aid the process. Highly recommend. Mark
