Giulia has been my osteopath for the past 6-7 months. I initially visited her because I had a stiff neck and couldn’t move properly. After experiencing her amazing care, I decided to also address my shoulder issues, which I’ve had since I was a teenager but had always postponed treating. As this is a stubborn area, she always explains what she plans to do and why, which I really appreciate. She makes me feel very comfortable, and she is always gentle with me. I love how she takes the time to explain everything whenever I have a question.

I had been struggling with persistent neck pain for months, and the spinal surgeon’s expert diagnosis and treatment plan brought me lasting relief. Their professionalism, clear communication, and compassionate care made all the difference in my recovery.

I cannot thank Dr Aylott and his team enough. I spent 8 months struggling to walk with excruciating sciatica pain. After being sent round in circles by the NHS, I decided to get an appointment with Dr Aylott who looked at a scan that I had had done previously and he identified the issue within minutes which was a badly slipped disc at the L4/L5 level. He recommended a microdiscectomy and since having this procedure done, I have been pain free and living my life as I was prior to the injury. It’s also worth mentioning that it was only a month between my first appointment and having the surgery. Dr Aylott and his team were calm and professional throughout which made me feel at ease during the whole process. If you are in a similar situation to what I was, I cannot recommend Dr Aylott enough. I went from not being able to work or do any of my usual daily activities to being back to normal much quicker after surgery than I was expecting. 100% worth it and my only regret is not going to see him earlier.

The medical support by Dr. Ajai Seth is excellent. He takes all the time that is needed to answer my questions sharing his profound knowledge in a way that is relatable to me. As a patient I feel taken seriously with my concerns. His support staff is very friendly.

As a physio myself, I was very careful in who I chose for my rehab. I chose Charlie due to his reviews and he did not disappoint. I have had a persistent achilles tendonitis on and off for years now. Charlie was able to look at the problem from multiple different angles and treat accordingly. After a mixture of hands-on physio and tailored home exercises, combined with a strength programme that I am now motivated to continue twice per week, my achilles is much better. Charlie also uses outcome measure so you can confidently track your progress. Also, he has access to high quality equipment to aid the process. Highly recommend. Mark
