Sarah helped me out so much with understanding the issues I had from overloading my running training. Very straight to the point and helpful advice and exercises that got me back on my feet and able to run the marathon this year which I thought was going to be out of the picture. Aisling helped me from the first day with basic exercises and over time helped me build up with tailored exercises and a review of my running and upper body routine. She was very friendly, caring and professional. We identified areas where I needed to focus more and designed a training plan together. I now feel a lot more confident to train and reach my objectives.

I attended W6 for physiotherapy after a double hip resurfacing. The support I received was excellent and the progress I have made over the past months is huge, I've gone from limping on 2 crutches to getting back on the squash court. Thank you everyone
