Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!

After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. I have just come from a follow up consultation at The Dry Eye Centre. Sometimes it's hard to write a review when the service you experience is this good. If you are looking on this website and wondering whether to make an appointment, I sincerely urge you to do so. This year due to some health factors, has been very dark. When dry eye turned up to the party the light pretty much went out. People who don't suffer with this don't understand how debilitating it is, and doctors who profess to know how to treat it often don't. At least, that has been my experience until now. Today I saw Fazlin Jetha. A light in the dark. Aside from being an expert in this field, she is one of the most understanding humans you would have the fortune to meet. Today she went above and beyond to accommodate my anxieties. I was truly listened to and everything was explained to me clearly and with genuine care, I will be embarking on a course of IPL and hope to see benefit, progress with dry eye is a long process, but the treatment I have received so far has made a great deal of difference, and I feel comfortable putting my trust in this clinic. It has been a long journey to this point but I believe the destination is the correct one. If you are suffering, speak to them. The diagnostics are comprehensive, the treatments are cutting edge and the care is genuine.
