A pleasant experience all round, with the added novelty of being in the shard! Everyone was lovely, kind and welcoming.

I had a lot of pain and trouble for a long time now with my kidneys. These guys were the first clinic to finally come to an actual diagnosis and recommended treatment that actually works and I am so thankful to them for this. It makes me so happy that I’m finally getting better and after so long of running around everywhere else the team at London ultrasound were able to help me. I now go back for some yearly check up’s.

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person.
