Despite moving away from the area the patient experience is outstanding and returned despite an approximate 2 hour return journey.

My overall experience from the beginning to the end of my Refractive Lens replacement process was faultless. I would like to praise Mr Goel and his team for the way they dealt with the particular challenges I presented. My vision now exceeds the expectations I had before undergoing the procedure. I would recommend Mr Goel to anyone having problems with their eyes or vision.

A very nice hospital clean friendly and bright parking is a little too tight but good bus service.i would be very happy to receive treatment at this hospital again.

Ruth Perrott is outstanding- is most helpful with young children - empathic and understanding too I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help

Great staff everything explained throughout procedure and visit. Aftercare however terrible tried to contact between procedures but unable on hold more than 15mins at a time gave up. Referral after 2nd eye from optician saying i needed medication waited 2 weeks no word from optigra. Still waiting and stressed

Mrs Quayle was incredibly professional whilst also empathetic and did a great job of putting my son at ease. The examination was performed quickly and Mrs Quayle made sure to explain the method and results to my son to help him understand what she had done and why. Following examination we were provided with useful information to help us understand the treatment plan. I would recommend Mrs Quayle to anyone needing to see an ENT consultant.

His calm and professional manner made a potentially daunting experience feel far more manageable. He took the time to explain everything clearly beforehand and ensured I felt comfortable and safe throughout. The level of care and attention he showed was outstanding, and I felt genuinely supported every step of the way.
