My overall experience from the beginning to the end of my Refractive Lens replacement process was faultless. I would like to praise Mr Goel and his team for the way they dealt with the particular challenges I presented. My vision now exceeds the expectations I had before undergoing the procedure. Mrs Quayle was incredibly professional whilst also empathetic and did a great job of putting my son at ease. The examination was performed quickly and Mrs Quayle made sure to explain the method and results to my son to help him understand what she had done and why. Following examination we were provided with useful information to help us understand the treatment plan. I would recommend Mrs Quayle to anyone needing to see an ENT consultant.

My time spent at Stoneygate Eye Hospital was pleasant. I was here for my second cataract removal treatment. Again all the staff were pleasant, helpful, kind, reassuring and ever so brilliant at their profession. Thank you for making me see again.

Overall a notably professional service (staff and facilities). The booking in method of using a tablet wasnt the best user experience for me due to the software being a bit clunky and not liking some of the answers entered.
