I would like to praise Mr Goel and his team for the way they dealt with the particular challenges I presented. My vision now exceeds the expectations I had before undergoing the procedure. Great staff everything explained throughout procedure and visit. Aftercare however terrible tried to contact between procedures but unable on hold more than 15mins at a time gave up. Referral after 2nd eye from optician saying i needed medication waited 2 weeks no word from optigra. Still waiting and stressed

Mrs Quayle was incredibly professional whilst also empathetic and did a great job of putting my son at ease. The examination was performed quickly and Mrs Quayle made sure to explain the method and results to my son to help him understand what she had done and why. Following examination we were provided with useful information to help us understand the treatment plan. I would recommend Mrs Quayle to anyone needing to see an ENT consultant.
