Receptionists were on the phone and clearly acknowledged me when I sat down waiting for them to get off the phone. Bloke comes in and stands staring at them on the phone and they treat him as first in line. Incredibly insanely rude.

Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner. The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.
