All the staff at the hospital were amazing, they were kind and I was made to feel at ease. The room was clean and tidy.

Experience was good overall. Slight delay in surgery led to a bit of dehydration. Everything else was great.

The staff at Northway Clinic are very polite and the Clinic itself is always kept very clean.

Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional
