Excellent service wait time could have been shorter

The staff are lovely. Professional friendly and explain everything everything. The environment and facilities are spotless. Mr Luke Anderson and his team are excellent at every stage of treatment and I highly recommend SANA. I had cataract emoval from both eyes over a 6 week period and the after care is excellent .

Within seconds of walking in the door, I was greeted by friendly smiley staff. Within minutes of checking in and filing out my registration, a nurse came to get me to take me to a waiting area where I was for less than 5 minutes before the doctor call me through. Very impressed with my service

A very nice hospital clean friendly and bright parking is a little too tight but good bus service.i would be very happy to receive treatment at this hospital again.

I found all staff members were polite, courteous and friendly from all those I met. Nothing was not too much trouble and were happy to help me when I needed it.
