Excellent and very welcoming.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The team at Bader Medical is absolutely amazing! Everyone in the reception is professional and the amount of knowledge they have between all of them is astounding. Extremely positive. Nurse was excellent.

Experience was good overall. Slight delay in surgery led to a bit of dehydration. Everything else was great.
