excellent customer service and very nice friendly staff always there to accommodate

All helpful and friendly but had to wait for appointment due to needing to take another hospital call

Left with a better prescription than wen I arrived

I was well looked after in comfortable surroundings with good care from all hospital staff.

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

It is great going to the Nuffield - very friendly staff and pleasant environment. I could feel myself getting calmer whilst sat in the waiting room ahead of my appointment. Very professional staff.

My time spent at Stoneygate Eye Hospital was pleasant. I was here for my second cataract removal treatment. Again all the staff were pleasant, helpful, kind, reassuring and ever so brilliant at their profession. Thank you for making me see again.
